We love this wonderful Zamioculcas Zamiifolia, it brings a real rainforest feel with lush green branches, this houseplant looks almost like a cross between a palm and a fern with its bushy growth springing up from the base.
Zamioculas Zamifolia looks amazing in any room, it gives that magazine cover style to give added interest to an empty corner in your house. Bringing the rainforest feel, it is relaxing to look at and super easy to care for.
Originating in central Africa, Zamioculcas, or the ZZ plant is very well adapted to coping with drought and it will tolerate neglect - so if you tend to forget to water plants then this one will forgive you - at least for a while!
In Tanzania it’s known for its medicinal qualities, being used to treat a multitude of maladies! We wouldn’t be able to recommend using it medically but we do know the therapeutic value of houseplants - they are known to relieve stress and anxiety and elevate mood. What could be better on a rainy day than to be inside surrounded by your houseplants - you could even try forest bathing for a spiritual experience.
Happy Houseplants is the place to buy houseplants - whether it’s large indoor plants (UK), mini houseplants or succulents for sale. We have the plants and the knowledge and we enjoy sharing our passion for houseplants with you, our customers.
As a special touch, if you’re buying a plant as a houseplant gift, we’ll add in a free, handwritten card - just leave your message at checkout and we’ll do the rest!
