Delivery & Payments

Delivery is free for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 we charge a £4.99 delivery fee for Small Parcels and £7.99 for Large Parcels. All delivery prices are inclusive of VAT.  Check the total amount of shipping costs at the check out, before you pay. We don't have any minimum order.

We accept Paypal and all major Credit & Debit Cards.

Returns

If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund. If you have changed your mind we will try our best to collect your plant but where that is not possible return costs are your responsibility.

For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund.
