We love this little succulent - it’s perfect for adding interest to a room - have it perched on a shelf so you can admire it, or on a windowsill as a mini style plant.
Pickle plant - sometimes known as Spider plant or Candlestick plant - is a mini house plant - our plant is 30cm tall. Houseplants don’t have to be huge to be wonderful - there is always a place for little succulents popped on shelves or windowsills as small but fascinating features in your home.
Senecio stapeliiformis is really beautiful with its statuesque form and eye-catching pale green stems with silvery symmetrical variegation and a touch of pink. The name Candlestick plant - well it’s fairly obvious where that comes from! The stems of this interesting houseplant certainly do resemble candlesticks!
Succulent plants are really fascinating with their ability to store water in their stems - and sometimes foliage - which enables them to live and thrive in arid places and often hostile conditions. This gives the added benefit that they are very easy to look after - they require little watering which is a bonus if you tend to forget to do it!
At this price, Pickle plant makes a relatively cheap houseplant that would make a wonderful houseplant gift. We’ll add in a free, handwritten card with your gift delivery which will make it extra special! No paperwork included to spoil it either.
Happy Houseplants are really delighted to bring you rare and unusual houseplants - this is the place to come to buy indoor plants! We really care about the plants we bring to you and we want share our enthusiasm for plants with you!
We really believe that the forest bathing experience - relaxing or meditating surrounded by plants - is therapeutic and great for mental and physical health! Make the Pickle plant a part of your rainforest experience!

Senecio likes partial sun - a windowsill would work as long as it’s only sunny some of the time.

Water when the top couple of inches are dry to the touch - soak and leave to drain. Succulents are used to living in very dry conditions so don’t overwater!
