Tradescantia navicularis is an an unusal slow growing, succulent perennial with tufts of dense foliage and long, trailing shoots, rooting at the internodes. Broadly ovate to lance shaped leaves, to 1in (2.5cm) long, are dull copper green above and purple striped beneath.
Likes bright indirect light and let dry between waterings. A very easy care houseplant.
Note: This succulent can differ quite a lot depending on it’s is growing conditions. When grown in full sun the leaves are right next to each other and it can have a purplish colour. When grown in more shade there is more space between the nodes, our plants have this look. The plants will change depending on where they are grown.
