Availability

Occasionally a product may sell out before our stock records update.

Discount codes:
- have no cash value
- cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise

- may exclude selected products
- may be withdrawn at any time
Where an order is refunded, any promotional discount may also be adjusted where appropriate.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be redeemed against purchases made through the Happy Houseplants website.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a purchase costs less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used against a future purchase until the card expires, where applicable.

Returning Plants
Because plants are living products, they require special handling.
If you change your mind, you may return a plant within 14 days of receiving it, provided:
- it is in the same condition it was received
- it has not been damaged or neglected
- it is securely packaged for its return journey
Unless the plant is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility.
Returning Pots and Accessories
Non plant items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- unused
- in their original condition
- suitable for resale
- returned in their original packaging where possible
Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, return postage is your responsibility.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through the contact form on our website as soon as possible.
We may ask for photographs before arranging a replacement or refund.
Once we have received the returned item, or sufficient evidence where appropriate, we will normally process any refund within five working days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
