Our guarantee does not cover natural variations in shape, colour and spots on plants which is normal and to be expected.

Houseplants can sometimes show minor signs of stress when posted, such as yellow leaves or crushed leaves. You can help your plants perk up ensuring they are placed in a bright, warm spot and watered well.

Leaves on a juvenile plant will naturally yellow and die as the plant grows and matures. There is nothing wrong with the plant and this process is normal. Plants have the ability to absorb the goodness in the leaves that are no longer needed (usually lower, older leaves as the plant grows taller and longer).

Happy Houseplants cannot unfortunately accept any return for plants that have been repotted, removed from the original packaging or pruned. New plants should not be repotted until they have had time to settle and acclimatise to their new home, usually three months or more.

Happy Houseplants cannot refund any spoiled or missing plants that have been left outside by DPD at the customer’s request. Due to the perishable nature of houseplants Happy Houseplants cannot issue refunds on plants returned to us due to multiple missed deliveries or non-collection from DPD pick-up shops.
