XL Phlebodium Aureum 'Blue star'

The blue star fern is an interesting looking fern with beautiful blue/green elongated frongs. It is actually an epiphyte, which means it grows on trees in tropical forests, to provide similar growing conditions is pretty easy, it will like low light, to be constantly damp. Perfect in hanging planters or on the floor.

Can tolerate low light.

Water:

Keep the soil continually moist but not soggy, water from the bottom (around once a week), likes high humidity, it will love the bathroom or kitchen, mist it if your home is dry.

Soil:

Well draining, loose soil - orchid mix is perfect.
