Orders are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), although many orders leave us sooner.

We use DPD or Parcelforce, depending on the size of your order and your location.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order to mainland UK, regardless of how many plants or accessories you purchase.

We deliver to most mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, due to high courier costs and unreliable delivery times, we are unable to deliver to some remote and offshore locations. Find our more here
