Euphorbia (Cowboy Cactus) is a bold, sculptural succulent that brings instant impact to any space. With its upright, ribbed form and branching silhouette, it looks just like a classic desert cactus — but it’s technically a Euphorbia, not a true cactus. It’s one of the easiest large indoor plants to care for, thriving in bright light with very little fuss. Perfect for urban living, minimal interiors or plant lovers looking to make a statement.
This striking Euphorbia grows quickly, making it far better value than many slow-growing cacti. It needs plenty of light and good drainage, but otherwise it’s incredibly low maintenance. Despite its cactus-like look, it’s actually part of the Euphorbiaceae family — and it can grow surprisingly fast indoors when happy.

Light requirements
Bright, direct sunlight is ideal — a south- or east-facing window is best. If the plant starts to look yellow or faded, it may be getting too much direct light. Try moving it to a slightly less intense spot.

Although it looks like a cactus, this Euphorbia prefers more regular watering. In summer, it may need water once a week — let the soil dry out fully between waterings, then water thoroughly and allow to drain.
